Positive opk and BD

Hey ladies!! Once you have a positive opk how often and for how many days do you BD? We BD'd immediately after the test confirmed positive and it's been about 5 hours. Should we bd again tonight? Tomorrow morning? Also, I felt pains in my lower left abdomen today so not sure if that is a for sure indicator I'm ovulating right now? I have also posted the test.
