Today at my baby's 2 month well check (she just turned 10 weeks), the doctor asked if she was laughing yet. I said only in her sleep but she is always smiling and coos while she's smiling. The doc was concerned that she wasn't yet laughing and her fists were still clenched (but she can grasp things with no problem). Is anyone else's baby laughing or having their fists completely unclinched at 10 weeks? I'm worried now.
