not sure

I have the copper IUD and I take a medicine called methotrexate. I was suppose to start my period on the 16th of this month. This is the 1st time I haven't had my period since getting the IUD last year after my son was born. I'm hoping it's the stress of me starting back to school. I am going to get a test but a part of me don't want to know my husband don't help now I know if I pregnant now we will be divorced. He blames my son for our marriage falling apart now. My husband only sleeps in my room when he wants sex and the baby is at daycare.sorry, question is I can't be pregnant with both of those things working against me right?!
