Baby schedule

I have a 6 week old💕 but haven't yet figured out a schedule. I'm just doing everything on demand. My SO works nights and right now I am his only mode of transportation so I sometimes have to go pick him up at midnight sometime 1 am, you get the gist. Needless to say it has been hard to enforce a schedule. How old were your little ones when you started scheduling out their day and what did that schedule look like? I'm looking for any and ALL advice!
