7 weeks, empty sac- NEED SUCCESS STORIES!!

That's all. Just need a little hope. Has anyone had an empty sac and had their baby catch up? Have to go for blood work on Tuesday and Thursday. Can't go tomorrow because of effing Labor Day. Hoping I ovulated late or implanted late and the bean is too small. I also have a tilted uterus so maybe he's hiding. Fuck. I just need some hope. I'm normally not an optimistic person, but I have been trying to be with this pregnancy after a miscarriage in January. I'm still trying but dammit, this is not how I wanted today to go.
