Boobs swollen...should I test?

Not sure what's going on. My period is always wonky, I either have one for a long time or don't at all.

(Yes I'm seeing a doc)

So I never know what's normal.

I had sex..I don't know. Couple of few weeks ago. (No protection what so ever)

My period ended maybe a week ago. Lasted 2 weeks.

Now my boobs are swollen. Whenever I was pregnant though before they grew a whole bra size.

Should I test just because they have swelled up? Or just chalk it up to something else, like my body just continuously being weird?

Any advice would be helpful!!!
