My first ultrasound was at 5 weeks as well. They couldn't see the baby but just the yolksac. They did blood test in 2 days apart and everything came out normal. 🙏🏻

I see a perfectly round lil yolk sack, this is why my doctor told me no early ultrasounds, but I had one done at 7 weeks 4 days witch ill show you, just remember they are a tad pole right now!

For 5 weeks that looks totally normal. If you have a second one done in a few weeks you should be able to see baby and everything. Right now its just too little to see on an ultrasound.
