i have a question??

so i took a pregnancy test. and it seemed negative so i just left it on the bathroom counter, later on had to go pee and decided to just look at it. well when i did i notice a bit of dye run past the control line. once again i just left it sitting on the counter. so i went to take a shower and noticed that some how the dye run must have traveled back down and gave the test a positive look. what are your thoughts. plz no rude comments. also had an incomplete miscarriage aug 6th. after the 5 day bleeding i went for blood work and showed my hcg level was back to a 5
