Help!!!

So this test and another frer test came up as a faint positive on CD 20. I took the hcg tests after getting a blaring positive opk. So now I am confused because I thought I ovulated on CD 13. I had a d and c from a missed miscarriage on July 11th. I don't know if this is a new pregnancy because I am very confused with signs of ovulation right now (sensitive nipples, right pelvic pain and EWCM). This is my first normal cycle from the miscarriage so could it possibly be left over hcg from that? Also I was tracking my hcg just with pregnancy tests and a month ago they were this light.
