struggling with pcod.

me and my husband have been trying to have a baby for a while now. i was told bavk in February i have pcod... i dont start my period unless the dr gives me a med to start it.. ive been through so many different medications for fertility... he just put me on letrozole. has anyone had good results. with this or am i waisting my time and money?
