When to worry about swelling?

I'm 38+6 I just noticed my hands and feet are very very swollen. One foot is worse than the other but you can't see the bones move in my hands or feet, they're too puffy. They're a little sore but nothing crazy. They weren't like this this morning.

I wouldn't be worried but check your blood pressure! Unless you have dizziness or blurred vision or headaches then I would be worried but if not it's normal

Edema is normal during pregnancy. Cause for concern would be of you had accompanied symptoms such as persistent headache, strange vision and elevated blood pressure. If you're concerned, call your doctor. In the meantime, prop those baby's up and push fluids. Stay away from salt.
