SONS BIRTHDAY PRESENT RUINED 😭😭

Please help !!! My sons birthday is soon as I've bought him this car I wanted to put a ribbon on it and I used sellotape and it has literally stained the car windscreen 😭 I've been trying to get it off with water , huggies baby wipes, vinegar with warm water and it has not helped! What can I do?? It doesn't look as bad in picture
