Travel system product recommendation?!

Hi! I'm a first time mom to be. Do you have any tips/recommendations when it comes to strollers travel system ? Lots of options out there. Also, I heard a few mom's saying that they didn't even used their stroller. They added since they barely used their stroller when it came to car seat it was better to buy a convertible vrs an infant car seat. Many mom's say that they used their baby carrier a lot that's why stroller and newborn car seat were not needed. My edd is in February, 2018. Where I like we have 4 seasons. I will be given birth ilaround winter most likely we will have snow. The season after that its spring lots of rain. Now I'm even woundering if I will be even using a stroller. Can you provide thoughts/ideas for product recommendations ?
