1 month old...gas..belly ache

Okay I have posted several times. Nothing is working. No gas drops, gripe water etc. my baby sways acts like he has a belly ache. He has really bad gas all the time!! Especially night/early mornings. I have been watching what I eat. He will cry(not like scream) but cry, whine, grunt and pull his legs upward like he is uncomfortable and he will be having gas. I can always hear him farting: what can help? What can I do? He does it sometimes during the day but it is every time around 2-6 sometime between there in the morning. I feel so bad for him
