C section help?

Can anybody give me a tip on how to pee on my own without a catheter? I'm having a hard time

just continue to drink water and trying every half hour...eventually your bladder will be full enough you'll have to release it. your bladder/mind is just stopping you lol happened to me too

Try just clearing your mind. Counting to 100 and relaxing. I'm the worst at pee anxiety. Drink a lot! You got this!

Did you just have a csection and they took it out? If so, drink lots of fluids! That'll help get your bladder back in the game.
