Need some reassurance...

Im currently about 39 weeks & woke up this morning with what felt like a stuffy nose only to sit up and have a massive nose bleed. I've only had one nose bleed before in the beginning of my pregnancy and it was nothingg like this. I don't want to sound gross but it was pouring out of my nose. It lasted only a few minutes until I was able to control it & I've felt a little light headed since. Unfortunately today is Labor Day and my doctors office is closed, wondering what I should do, if I should be concerned or if this has happened to anyone else.
