Early Labor 😭 pic included lol

Contractions 5/6min apart for pretty much all night I couldn't be admitted into the hospital because I'm only 1cm dilated... CONTRACTIONS HURT 😭😭😭 what can I do to help my cervix dilate? I've been bouncing on my ball and walking. Had 1 hour of sleep but woke up to every contraction in between 😕 was experiencing Prodromal labor since Wednesday at 3am, babygirl is making her entrance slowly but surely, today is her due date!  Here's a pic of the only thing that helped me relax for about 30 min... the joys of contracting!
