My dog hates me

My dog does not listen to me at all now that I am pregnant. I see all these posts about dogs sensing it and she does he opposite!

At night she does cuddle me though but during the day she avoids me at all costs. If I call her she turns her head and if my mom or husband call her she runs towards them.

It's really funny but also concerning. Does she know something I don't? 🤔
