What does it mean?

Last night I ended up in the ER with preterm labor. I'm 28wks with fraternal twins. They were able to the contractions, but during the examinations I was told my uterus already full term size. What does that mean? Will i likely go into preterm labor again?

With twins your uterus is at full term size before babies are full term. The size of the uterus causes contractions as it is, doesn't necessarily mean labor. I have been having contractions since 28 weeks but not enough to dilate me.
