Changing table alternatives?!

Hey ladies! My little mans nursery isn't big enough for a dresser, changing table, crib, rocker, and toys. I'm thinking about a cubical or a dresser and using the changing pad on top of it. Give me ideas please! Pictures are appreciated! Pinetrest has ideas but I can't find it in stores or online!

Changing tables are overrated!! Most of the time I use a waterproof pad and throw it down on the couch or bed. Have a diaper caddy and your all set!!

I used a changing pad on top of the dresser (which was a little higher than waist height) sorry I don't have pics he's 8 now

We have the same issue, and opted to just have changing pads to fold up and place wherever. Much easier to have the option to plop little one wherever and change on the move, especially as they get older and squirmier. We've got 3 random ones (our pack and play came with 1, other two were gifts) around our house and in our diaper bag. Cheaper and more practical in our eyes

Not my pic but this is our dresser and we put the changing pad on top. Our pad came with  an extra strap with a screw for the back of the dresser to keep it in place.

Its very common nowadays for women to just use a changing pad on a dresser as a changing table. That's pretty much what I'm doing. They sell "changing table toppers" at places like Babies R Us - its like a tray to put on top of your dresser so the changing pad can't just be pushed off. I'm terrible at describing things but if you just type changing table toppers in on Babies R Us you can see what I mean! They aren't necessary, but a good option if you're worried about that.
