Help!! 11 dpo, linea nigra showing up.. not from previous pregnancy as that was in 2011!!

11 dpo, okay please tell me if I'm crazy... still getting BFN but I've had a ton of symptoms during this 2WW and I SWEAR I can see my linea nigra from my previous pregnancy (2011). It just randomly showed up tonight!!! What is going on?! Has anyone had this happen?!
