Risk of MMC?

Y'all I'm TERRIFIED of a MMC. I'm 12 weeks today and I don't have another doctors appointment till September 22 and a sonogram on Oct 6th. I keep reading that they're very rare but I'm still so scared. 😭 I still have my morning sickness, nausea, very light cramps, no bleeding.. I'm a FTM so I think everything scares me..

After 12 weeks your risk is 5% or less depending on age and other factors.
In the beginning I worried nonstop. I'm 12+4 today(but measuring about a week further along with my ultrasound). Worrying doesn't do your body any favors so instead focus on finding new ways to relax! It will work out.
