help!! 12 month old sleep
my lovely girl will be 1 in a few days. She has been taking two naps a day (90mins - 2hrs) after being rocked to sleep for a while now. Recently she began waking 2-4 times a night crying when she used to wake once to eat (we bedshare) now her naps have been 45 mins and I have to go put her back to sleep after that but she'll only nap longer if I hold her. Is that a thing 12 month olds go through or is there something wrong!?
