First we were given a brochure that said we'd get the results in 7 days. The lab tech confirmed it would take about 7 business days at most when I got my blood draw.

Then when I went in for my appointment the results weren't in (it had been 7 business days) and my OB said they should be in by now.

Called the office on Friday(9b days) to check and she said it might take 10 business days but because of the holiday it might not be until Tuesday (9/5) but to call in and check.

Called just now to check and a different person told me they aren't in yet and it will take 14 business days.

I'm sorry but what the hell. Why tell me 7 days and then change it to 10 and then 14?? I'm so frustrated and emotional.
