Is it possible to ovulate just 7 days into your cycle?

According to my opk's, I was ovulating at day 7. Is that nuts or what?

If you have a shorter cycle then yes its possible. Like I have a 31 day cycle so 7 days is waaay to early for me lol. Mine is more like day 13
