Anyone here smoked while pregnant?

That goes for anything. Myself, I've smoked THC (helps with my morning sickness) and I'm cutting back on cigarettes, but I haven't quit. I am quitting marijuana today though. I just don't know the best way to quit cigarettes besides weening off.
How about you guys? What helped you to quit?

Im not a smoker so forgive me if my advice sounds ignorant but Everytime you smoke, imagine instead that you are holding the cigarette to your new borns lips. (essenrially you are) The "mom" guilt should help with abstaining ( im a mum of a 2 year old and thats how ive stopped pop. i guilt myself hard cause he wants to drink it if i do.) i find this is the best method for me.

I weaned myself. eventually (by like 16 wks) a cigarette sounded awful. also downloaded an app called quit tracker so I could see how much money I was saving!! that helped the most. every time i saved a certain amount I would treat myself to a pedicure!

Honestly I've never smoked cigs, I smoked weed religiously before I became pregnant though. me becoming pregnant is what helped, or made me quit. It was really just a kind over matter type thing. I'll still smoke weed, just after I give birth.

I was a heavy smoker before I found out I was pregnant at 3 weeks. At 7 weeks I quit and now I'm 13 weeks and I only had a cigarette when I was super super stressed but it just takes discipline

i would quit around 25 weeks if it helps you right now. just to make sure it's our of your system before baby is born.
