Early Ultrasound... What could you see?

Question

I had an early ultrasound yesterday as I have PCOS and have been suffering with pains... we could only see the sac so they assume I am around 4 weeks. I have my second ultrasound on the 15th... has anyone had an early ultrasound and if so how far along were you when you could see anything inside the sac? So frustrating not knowing how far along I am, so anxious too. I'm sure I'm further along than 4 weeks though

Heard the heartbeat starting at the 6 week ultrasound and that was my first one too. Found out I was pregnant at 3 weeks. 6 weeks was the earliest they would see me.

6weeks exactly I had my first scan. we saw everything including a heartbeat

I went in thinking I was 7w5d and turned out to be 5w6d and they could barely just see the little nugget and HB. My OB said a day earlier and they wouldn't have seen anything. Don't worry, I was tracking ovulation and somehow still ended up being two weeks off, either implanting or ovulating late, it happens! And now he's a healthy 12w old :) Good luck! 💕
