Down 115lbs
My husband and I are TTC and it was essential that we change our diet in order to be successful. Last October I was at my highest weight of 370lbs! I was diagnosed with PCOS and was told that a diet change would significantly increase my chances of successfully becoming pregnant. So, I just made the decision to eliminate bread, sugar, potatoes, fruit, corn, beans and rice! My PCOS has improved, my blood work is all fantastic and I'm now ovulating on my own! I'm officially down 115lbs and still have some work ahead of me but I have no doubt my body is ready to take on pregnancy and I can not wait for a BFP!
