Meditating?

Hey there everyone, school just started back up and I'm more stressed than I've ever been in my life. I'm overthinking everything between school work, teachers, my relationship, and just being overwhelmed. I was considering anxiety meds but I want to hold that off for as long as possible and just try to find a better solution and one thing that came to mind was mindfulness and learning how to meditate. If anyone has any suggestions as to how I can accomplish this or knows someone I can go to who can teach me either of these things it would be greatly appreciated.
