BROWN DISCHARGE

I am very confused my discharge normally would be a creamy white color and all of a sudden it was starting to get orangish like blood had mixed into it which has happened before around a month ago but has went away within days but this time it has not gone away it slowly keeps getting darker and now it is a dark brown almost blackish color that is like mucus idk what I should do or where this could be from I am very very confused someone please help
