OPK Does timing of day really matter?

I'm new to this. Last month I took first thing in morning, and never had a clone as dark as control lone. Reading afternoon testing may be better. I don't get home from work until 6:30/7 so would have to be evening is I switch time of day . Do you think it matters what time of day you take the ovulation test?

Your body does not produce LH while you sleep. You want to wait several hours for it to build up in your system. Lunchtime or eve in is best.

When I notice a ton of cm (from wiping) I start taking opks every 12 hrs (6am and 6pm) and I'll get 2 positives. You can catch the rise and fall. Best of luck!

What if you take the tests to work with you and test on your lunch break? That is what I am thinking of doing during my next fertile window as most research I've done says 11-3 is the best time 🤷‍♀️

I've only gotten positives and close to positives with my second pee of the day around 11. No matter how long I hold later it'll be negative all day then dark again at 11 the next morning. A lot women it's dark between 2-8
