I have noticed in the last few months that I get spotting after I orgasm with no penetration. My fiancé & I stopped intercourse & just was doing clitoral stimulation because I was starting to spot pink after intercourse. So in the last few months my periods have been longer & unpredictable. I have began to spot after an orgasm. I have had a vaginal ultrasound & Pap smears & they are normal. I do get cramping with the spotting. They want to look at my hormones next, which could explain why we are having trouble with conceiving.
