anyone using Evening Prim Rose or Gentle Birth?

My Midwife is recommending Evening Prim Rose vaginally and orally, I'm 34 weeks

I have not used it but looked into it if this baby does not want to come by due date.

I'm using castor oil. 2 tablespoons a day. I'm 36 weeks 2 days. I'm getting plenty of irregular contractions but baby has dropped and is head down. I say at least another week before he comes. me going  past 38 weeks makes me hemmorage. last time I almost didn't make it. so we shall see. good luck ladies

I'm 39wks +4 and have been out and bought evening primrose oil capsules and ingredients for a curry😉. I'm due on Monday and am booked or a sweep on Tuesday if I've not had baby boy!

EPO started my labour (water breaking and contractions). I was in labour for 49 hours, but baby wouldn't descend enough for me to dilate fully. Ended up with a c section. Personally wish I hadn't used it and had just waited, but then again, there's no predicting what might have happened baby might not have descended even if I waited..
