Is it normal to be super tired the first week of college??
I'm a college freshman and I've been here for a week and IM SO TIRED!! I'm pretty active for the day but my roommates and I do the same amount of activity but by 4pm I'm always so tired to the point where I don't feel like going out or doing anything anymore and it's so exciting. I don't think the quality of sleep aim getting is that great. Is this normal the first week of college when you're a freshman?? Does it go away? I can't take naps bc they make me feel crappy so that stinks and I hate coffee. I'm so tired that I feel warm and fuzzy and half asleep if that makes any sense. I at least eat 1 fruit a day if not more, drink a lot of water, wash my hands like crazy and I walk anywhere from 2-5 miles every day. I want to feel healthy and stay healthy!!
