Has anyone ever just picked up, and left everything in their home town behind to start a new romantic adventure with someone? Was it worth it?

I moved from Alabama to north dakota for a boyfriend who became my husband 9 months later. best damn decision I ever made

I did, and now, I'm happily married to him with our first born on the way. I'm not saying it's the right decision for everyone, but it was for me. It was the best decision I have ever made.

after I graduated a year early in 2015 (so I was barely 17), I left for Cincinnati, OH from a small town in WI had been living in. I had a psychotic break two months in, but went back after treatment. it took a year, but I met my fiancé, then moved out of my apartment of the time at 2 AM and moved to a suburb outside Dayton. my biggest suggestion is to get things in order in the new place first
