My boyfriend of 10 months has a drinking problem. We have 18 years in between us and he used to do drunk phone calls a lot but things recently got better. (He works on the rigs away from home for about 2 weeks now) Yesterday night he decided to go out for wings. And things were good all day. Went off telling me I've caused him to not want kids or marriage said that a child won't hold him back in life. Called my mom worthless and no right to comment in our relationship. Said we were over and I need to grow up (because I asked him to unblock me on social media) and I'm going nowhere and don't do anything for myself (been depressed because I lost my job-- STILL BEEN ACTIVELY LOOKING DOR A JOB AND GOING TO INTERVIEWS) anyways this is his apology to that.

It woke me up so I replied right away and then he called me and pretended like nothing was wrong. So am I back to square one? What isn't fair to either of us? That he's a drunk and I've been trying to make us happy together for a long time.
