Breast Reduction if you were over a 38D?

Question

I'm a 38D, pushing a DD, workouts are a pain, and running is hell, even with a proper sports bra. I am young, but I am seriously considering a reduction eventually. What are your thoughts on this? Would you? Have you gotten it done? Why?

I have thought about it, but I want to breastfeed my kids when they're born.... 
I just don't know how much more I can take. They're exhausting, and I can't even find a good sports bra.

I was a DDD before pregnancy and honestly haven't been sized since I got pregnant but they're ginormous and make me super insecure. I've told my husband after we are done having kids I am getting a reduction. I've read if you get it done and then get pregnant they can grow back in a way because you gain breast tissue during pregnancy. So if I'm going to go through that I'm gonna make sure I don't do anything to screw it up.

I was about a 30G when I was younger (maybe until I was about 20) and they've been gradually going down on their own, now I'm a 30D (and I'm 26)

I've always been pretty active and haven't really lost weight in that time but I have taken much more care over what I eat so maybe that made a difference. They went down a bit too when I swapped from the pill to the coil, but they were going down long before that! Obviously my experience will be different to anyone elses but I was planning to have a reduction and I'm so pleased that I didn't or i would have nothing left!!
