I was talking to my boyfriend about what we think should happen to girls/guys if they lie about their age to the person they're talking to and say they're over 18, when in reality they're under the age of 18. So what do you think should happen? Should the girl or guy go to jail for lying about their age? Should the person they're talking to go to jail or should both go to jail? I personally think the person has no right to go to jail considering he/she lied about their age. They should be the one to go to jail.
