PMS rant!

Sorry for being petty, but my emotional self just needs to rant.

I've been on a weight loss journey for the past month and a half. In total I've lost a little over 11 pounds, but this week has been absolutely HORRID because of my stupid PMS and its symptoms. My extreme hunger led me to overeat, the cravings made me want to eat everything in sight, on top of it al I gained a whole pound in water weight! As of this morning, I'm back down to my starting weight but I just don't feel the same.

This time last week, I was this same weight and felt great. Skinnier and healthy, in fact! But today I just feel bloated and terrible. 😭
