Not good. Smoking anything while pregnant is not recommended. I smoked and found out I was pregnant at 9 weeks. I stopped as soon as I found out I was pregnant. It's not good to smoke while pregnant.

I think for recreation you should be able to abstain for those 9 short months but if you are going to use it medically for morning sickness etc then you need to be honest with your healthcare provider.  there isn't a lot of research pro or con around marijuana during pregnancy but smoke in your lungs of any kind has negative effects.

Why are people pot mad on this app? 
Surely you can give it up for those 9 month your pregnant for, just for the sake of the tiny human your growing.
Do what ever you want to your own body, but don't force an unborn child to suffer the effects!!

It's not what you're smoking its that you're smoking. Smoke to the lungs causes poor oxygen intake and the baby needs lots of oxygen right now. I've heard of midwives telling mothers to eat it to help with serious weight loss during pregnancy. I don't think the chemical itself in small doses is dangerous but in large ones and can cause your child to go through withdrawals when born and no one likes to withdraw. Sweats. Shakes. Pains etc. save yourself the worry and don't bother. You'll be able to use it soon enough. Hangin in there with you ! 20 weeks. Half ways there.
