Am I feeling contractions?

So all day my stomach has gotten REALLY hard, like rock hard. Feels like it's tightening. I know it wasn't the baby stretching cause she usually doesn't move as much when I'm really active during the day (in which I was today.) Anyways, I get a tightening feeling on the upper part of my belly which is followed by a sharp pain around my vag/pelvic area. Then I get the urge to pee. In which I rush to the restroom only to release like 3 drops of "pee." TMI. I'm 37 weeks 1 day, I'm wondering are these contractions? Or
