Have you ever had a pimple on your vagina?

I have a bump on the lip of my vagina and it looks like a pimple. It came in over night, while on my period, and it hurts when I accidentally touch it. I haven't had sex in probably 5 years (by choice lol). I've only had one sexual partner, and we were both each other's only sexual partner. It looks like a pimple, but I'm wondering if that is even common or possible? Has anyone ever had one?
