7dpo and butterflies

I'm 7dpo today and have had butterflies in my tummy all day, had to pee a ton, along with a sore throat the last couple days and a little cough. I am not nervous or anxious about anything- yesterday was shopping and felt extremely dizzy- anyone have symptoms like this and end up with BFP??? 🙏🏻
