Well wish me luck

We thought we was a month along but now we are thinking I'm about 4 months along. my husband just told me he noticed I was starting leaking in my boobs this past week. also I thought I was image this but I wasn't I keep feeling the baby move around. my husband told me he noticed that this past week too. he can put his hand on my belly and can feel the baby moving and can see the baby when the baby stay in one spot or be in a ball cause that area will swell up. we noticed that for a while now. I look like and feel like I am pregnant. I have bad mood swings eating alot more feel like I going to get sick to throw up its getting bad with the pregnancy symptoms. I'm tried all the time but at night I can't sleep because I don't know if I am going to throw up plus the baby move alot more. having back hurts headached. can't eat some food plus craving the smells make me sick all of that plus every week my belly will getting bigger and boobs. I'm al s o be itching bad. my poor husband is getting the pregnancy symptoms so bad now and getting worse too. he his feelings is getting stronger every day about me being preganat also he is feeling what I am feeling too. but unfortunately all the pregnancy test keep coming back negative so I been talking to my family and they said call my ob and let them do a ultrasound to see what going on before something happens. been having blood pressure problems this past month. also up to Aug I still getting my monthly and now I miss my monthly. at times I started bleeding and we go to the hospital and the hospital can't tell me why or won't do nothing for me just give me 2 bags of fluid everytime and I usually feel better. also I Google the information too about my questions. so please share your story's. also will call my ob tomorrow to get in this week and I'm going to have a fight on my hands. plus I am getting so lightheaded and this past week I almost pass out
