Labour worries?

My first baby.... not sure what to expect....hoping to go all natural with no pain relief....just going to go with the flow..... anyone else due soon and got worries or any tips even :)

I'm a first time mom too, and I also plan on going without pain medication so I've been doing a lot of reading up!!
The things that have stuck out the most for me is to have a focal point for during contractions and to move into a lot of different positions to get yourself most comfortable. Also remember that each contraction is one less till you get to hold your baby! Good luck and just remember that our bodies are meant to do this! 😌💕

I've been going to hypnobirthing classes and they've been amazing! Helping me learn to breath through the labour and stay calm and relaxed. I highly recommend you read up on it! There's tracks you can get that you can play during labour to help keep you relaxed.

I'm also terrified. I plan on waiting as long as possible to get an epidural, but I do plan on getting one. I just want to have this baby vaginally because everyone seems to think I can't.

Practice your breathing for sure. I went natural for birth of my babies. (I tried to cave last minute and get some thing simple that wasn't epidural but it was too late. Lol I'm a sissy) but the breathing is gonna help you get through the contractions for sure. And those are the worst part for me anyway.

The thaught of tearing/being cut and having to be stitched.... is what's getting me....I don't seem to be bothered about the pushing/labour part.... 
I know once baby comes all of that will be at back of my mind...
I think it's just the unknown you know
