Car accident / hospital

I currently live in northern Florida and everyone is evacuating but we aren't. Anyways, we were driving home from Olive Garden and since the highways packed because everyone's leaving we figured traffic would be safer.. nope. This woman was driving in the center lane and tried to cut us off when our car was half way passed her car.. so we beeped and she started swerving and lost control and hit the front drivers side of our car and made us go into a ditch.. her car was as small as a smart car and had 0 damage! She completely messed up our car😭. I'm 36 wks pregnant and thankfully everyone was okay but I went to the emergency room today to make sure my baby is alright.. as I do so I find out the hospital I was at DIDNT have a maternity wing and really couldn't do much besides use a Doppler which I wanted just to make sure she's alright. The reason I wanted to go to the ER was because I felt decreased fetal movement and I was scared and my OB wasn't answering calls. When I got checked in the RN's and doctor didn't believe I was pregnant at all! They were pretty much thinking I was a looney bird. The doctor asked me if "I had a ultrasound to confirm" and asked my last period like I was lying. Mind you he isn't a OBGYN he is a regular doctor and we was kind of rude and made so many comments about my stomach being small for my gestation and making me feel so uncomfortable.. 😣 my OB told me my baby is healthy 2 weeks ago it's just she's a little under weight. Is there any way that maybe if the baby drops you get decreased fetal movement?
