Bleeding at 33 weeks 😕

I have a midwife appointment scheduled later today as I had a pre term labor scare on the weekend however I woke up this morning around 2am with abdominal pain and went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was a small amount of bright red blood so I put a pad on and have been up to the toilet several times since then it's now 9am there's barely anything on the pad but every time I wipe there is blood it varies between bright red and pink.. 😕 has anyone had this and it not be labor related??
