Why is it when i start to wash my face the next day or so I get pimples? Please help I want to know

When you wash your face it brings all the sebum and bacteria up to the surface. If you continue with a skin care routine all of that will be removed and your skin should stay consistent. You just gotta get through the bad to get to the good:)
