When you Ovulate does your stomach get bad cramps???

Question

I am a Mother of Two already both pregnancy I had to take medicine because I have irregular cycles so they both was a suprise and didnt find out til i was 3months with My Daughter and with My Son i was 4months. Me & My Husband been trying for another one but a couple days ago i finally seen my ovulation happen but my stomach has been camping so bad and after having intercourse those days i just feel so sleepy and drain. I dont know what it means.

My last 3 cycles I have gotten very bad cramps while ovulating, from what I have read it's normal to cramp and feel off during ovulation and your fertile window.

Thank you so much Im excited I didnt know this is the 1st time that I have seen my ovulation when I was taking pills I never seen it. I been off depo for 2 years we trying to do it without any pills or anything so hopefully fingers cross that everything works. We already have a 6 year old and a 2 year old.
