CHLAMYDIA HELP PLEASE!

So I found out I had chlamydia a little over a week ago I got my medicine 1000 mg of azithromycin the same day and fast forward to now ( a little over a week later) I started having So pain while urinating? A couple days before I was having super thick discharge which is making think I might have a yeast infection from the antibiotics? My period is due in a couple of days and this same thing happened last month before my period( and before I knew I had chlamydia, originally thought it was a yeast infection) could this mean my medicine has failed or could I actually have a yeast infection this time? Please any help or personal experience is welcome
